Introducing YPO Forums to new members. Participants experience a YPO Forum, its structure, terminology and rules.

Supporting YPO Chapters Kick-Start new YPO Forums whose members have limited experience in Forum. I moderate 3 Forum Sessions assisting the Forum nominate a Moderator and their Deputy, gain experience and confidence creating the foundations for success.

Retreats are pivotal in the process of renewing, revitalising and and re-aligning each YPO Forum. Whether your Forum is in Growth, Prime or Decline, I work with the Forum developing an tailored agenda to meet to each Forums needs.

Forum Fundamentals is concentrated one-day programme for members of a new Forum, or those who have not yet joined a Forum introducing participants to the essential Forum principles that guide how members of a Forum communicate and interact with each other.

The Forum Moderator Development Workshop prepares Moderators and their Assistants for Forum leadership. We explore and discover the resources available to strengthen your Forum, develop strategies and new activities to increase engagement.
