About Me

Simon is a Digital NED, Fractional CEO, Marketing & Sales Director, Senior Advisor and Consultant. A proven business leader, growth strategist, strategic thinker that builds on the successes achieved by his predecessors, the board of directors, employees, contractors and suppliers.

Simon has eight years’ experience as a CEO completing twelve on-balance sheet investments and three trade sales. His prior experience includes six years as a Marketing & Sales Director responsible for a strategy that inspired suppliers, contractors and colleagues to collaborate, open and develop new clients, achieve and sustain rapid growth. 


His successes include overseeing the sale and delivery of complex Transformation and IT programmes to government regulatory bodies and the world’s largest Banks, Retailers, Supply Chain and Telecoms Operators in locations across in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Gunnercooke is a law firm that challenges the way legal services are delivered to clients. I lead the Business Consulting & Technology Hub helping ISV's secure, develop, defend and exploit valuable intellectual property.

Arkris is an independent software vendor specialising in Ai and Machine Learning. Their Ai Digital Assistants, Ben and Anda create a single, self service point of contact automating repetitive procedures and workflow.

Virtusa Corporation is an American IT Services provider; as their VP Sales Europe, I founded their UK Business achieving USD 6m revenue in our first year and USD 34m revenues in our second year.


Stephen Leach

I worked with Simon in order to develop an innovative web-based solution for selling hotel inventory (room nights). Virtusa was unable to follow through to the second stage of the project and Simon was very straight and clear on this issue when many people in his position would not be. He made a real effort to develop a personal relationship and was creative at finding ways to develop a new business.
